Abstract: Tomorrow's Leaders is a subject attempting to promote leadership and intrapersonal development in university students at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In the second semester of the 2012/13 academic year, a total of 1,002 students took the subject. Students were invited to complete a post-lecture subjective outcome evaluation form at the end of each lecture for 13 weeks to gauge their perceptions of the lecture. Factor analysis showed that three factors were abstracted from the scale (i.e., subject, teacher, and lecture attributes). Descriptive statistics revealed that students generally held positive perceptions of the three attributes, providing evidence for the favorable evaluation of the course. Multiple regression analyses showed that subject, teacher, and lecture attributes were significant predictors of students' global evaluation of the teacher and lecture. Theoretical and practical implications of the findings on the promotion of holistic development in university students are discussed.
