Three essential strategies for implementing Chinese integrated testing

Abstract

推行语文综合测试有三个基本策略:把握语文综合测试的内在特点,包括能力导向、真实性评估、公平公正、对教学的积极反拨作用;从信息认知处理角度厘定语文综合能力考核指标,包括语境意识、引用与整合、观点与论证、表达与结构等;从确定主题、发展语料、编写指导语三个方面思考发展体现真实性特点的测试任务。 There are three strategies for implementing Integrated Chinese Language Testing:1)understanding the nature of Chinese Integrated Testing,including ability-orientation,authentic assessment,equity,and positive washback effects on teaching;2)developing assessment indicators of evaluating integrated ability in Chinese language,including context awareness,citation and integration,opinion and argument,and expression and structure;and 3)designing authentic language tasks based on the identification of themes,the development of language materials,and the construction of instructions.
