Abstract: With visitors’experiences, stakeholders’relation and project management as theoretical support, the paper summarizes and offers a theoretical model of programming quality in tourism festival activities and makes empirical testing of this model through the analysis of structural equation model by way of questionnaire. After revision, the correctness of this model is thus verified and the hypothetical relationship among different variables is proved sound. The study has,to some degree, filled the vacancy of theoretical discussion on programming quality in current tourism festival activities.Suggestions about better managing festival programming quality in planning and organizing festival activities are also put forward.
