This paper describes the objectives, curriculum, design and learning outcomes of the training program of the 3-day workshop. Three characteristics – emphasis on the strengths of the participants, focus on reflective learning and utilization of experiential learning – are intrinsic to the training program. Through the emphases of the strengths perspectives, experiential learning and reflective learning, trainees will appreciate the philosophy and desired teaching methodology of P.A.T.H.S. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10397/4393 | ISSN: | 0334-0139 | EISSN: | 2191-0278 | DOI: | 10.1515/IJAMH.2010.22.3.385 | Rights: | © 2010 Freund Publishing House Ltd.
