Abstract: 口译学能测试是口译培训的重要一环,直接影响着口译培训的质量与成效。为完善口译人才选拔机制,本文检视国内外文献,理清了口译学能的概念与类型及口译学能测试的对象、类型和方式,梳理了以往口译学能测试中对硬技能和软技能进行考察的实证研究,探讨了现有口译学能测试的成就与局限,并为今后口译学能测试研究如何在内容和方法上进行拓展提出了建议。
Interpreting aptitude testing is closely related to the quality and efficiency of interpreting training.With a view to improving interpreting aptitude testing in China,the present paper first discusses the concept and the types of interpreting aptitude as well as the subjects and methods of interpreting aptitude testing.It goes on reviewing the previous empirical studies which have investigated the soft and hard skills of interpreting within the framework of interpreting aptitude testing.The paper concludes by pointing out the success and limitations of previous tests and proposing future directions in the implementation of interpreting aptitude testing.
