The Hanwang School Social Work Station has been providing a range of school social work programs to students, their parents and teachers since September 2009.This article consolidates the experience of providing rebilitation services to students of the station, which embraces the principles of inclusion and cross-discipline collaboration in addressing the physio-psycho-social needs of the students. To promote inclusion, the rehabilitation services were particularly context-sensitive and active in networking with local community, including the mobilization of local resources, thus connecting the individuals with the community.
