dcterms.abstract采用问卷法对179对商场女营业员进 行施测,以探索人际相似性对员工间合作行为和工作倦怠的影响。研究结果显示,员工在组织中的任职期限越相近,越不可能产生合作性目标,相互间的合作性行为 越少,且感受到的工作倦怠越强烈。合作性目标在员工任职期限的相似性与相互支持行为、工作倦怠之间的关系方面起完全中介作用。 -
dcterms.abstractTo explore the effect of relational similarity on co-workers cooperative behavior and organizational outcomes in Chinese cultural context.179 pairs of sales women in a shopping mall were tested by questionnaires.The results showed that the more similar co-workers organizational tenure were,the less the cooperative goals would be set up,the less cooperative behavior they would show to each other,and the more job burnout they felt.Cooperative objective was the mediator variable between co-workers organizational tenure similarity and supportive behaviors,and job burnout. -
