dcterms.abstract一般專業操守指引的宗旨離不開以下三個目的 - 為其專業特權提供借口，增加其前線工作人員的監控，或為其從業員提供一個工作上的道德指引。 在1986年前立的《香港護士專業守則》以提供香港護士工作上的指引為目的，但實際上卻不能在這方面發揮其應有的作用。 本文嘗試指出《守則》內含糊不清和以偏蓋全的地方，並與此比較美國護士協會和國際護士協會的護士守則，從而突出它的盲點與局限。 最後，筆者提出一些初步建議，以作討論。-
