| dcterms.abstract | 张燕(2021) 是基于张燕教授在全球战略管理会议的主旨演讲而形成。她的主旨演讲和该论文在战略领导力研究领域产生重大而广泛的影响。张燕(2021) 系统性总结和回顾了2000~2019 年在管理学顶级期刊AMJ 以及SMJ 上发表的涉及战略领导力的论文, 并且从各个角度(如研究课题等) 对比分析了该领域过去两个十年间研究的发展变化。在此基础上, 张燕教授基于自己在战略领导力特别是CEO 研究领域的深厚积累和贡献提出了未来战略领导力发展的方向和期望。本文在张燕(2021) 引领之下, 结合笔者对战略领导力的认识, 从理论和实践两个角度分析并且佐证了张燕(2021) 指出的2000~2019 年特别是近十年战略领导力研究的爆发式增长现象。正如张燕(2021) 所述, 战略领导力研究在未来将更加必要和重要。笔者因而继续探索了战略领导力未来的研究, 包括如何从选育用留理论角度来研究战略领导力。最后也特别指出了具有中国特色的战略领导力研究的未来发展的几个想法。 | en_US |
