Abstract: Including minority groups in the tourism workforce through the lens of corporate social responsibility and the dignity of work has received less attention in the academic and industry narration. This results from limited knowledge, particularly, theoretical development, the how, and to what extent inclusion of minorities could improve firm image, and the attainment of the SDGs. This paper develops an impression management model along with nine propositions by including minority groups as CSR strategy and corporate image. It incorporates impression management theory and CSR approach and elaborates on implications to attain SDGs 8, 10, and 16 through tourism workforce inclusivity.
