dcterms.abstractThe invention discloses a method for arranging LED arrays and the LED arrays arranged on a PCB. The LED arrays are used for improving illumination consistency of LEDs on the PCB and reducing energy consumption. The method includes the following steps that firstly, the PCB is selected according to materials; secondly, the LEDs are installed on the PCB, and the minimum distance between a single LED in the LED arrays and the edge of the PCB is set; thirdly, the distance between the adjacent LEDs in the LED arrays is set; fourthly, the arrangement shape of the LEDs forming the LED arrays is set; fifthly, the distance between the LED arrays on the PCB and with the set shape in the fourth step is set. Compared with an ordinary method for evenly arranging the LED arrays at equal intervals, the method for arranging the LED arrays on the PCB has the advantages that the illumination consistency is obviously improved, and the service life of the LEDs can be prolonged. The invention further discloses the LED arrays capable of improving illumination consistency and arranged on the PCB.-
