User acceptance of information systems : a comparison of three theoretical models

Abstract

信息系统采用是信息系统研究领域中一个极为重要的话题。其研究主要集中在认知行为模型的探讨方面,试图寻求一种理想的模型来解释人们为什么接受新的系统或技术。本文详细论述了三种常用的模型———理性行为理论、技术接受模型和计划行为理论,并对这三种模型进行了比较,在此基础上指出了未来研究的发展方向。 User acceptance is an important issue in Information System(IS) research field.Previous research primarily focused on cognitive behavioral models and tried to explain and predict IS usage better.This study introduces and compares three popular models that predict an individual’s intention to use an IS: the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA),the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB).Based on the comparison,this study suggests the direction of the future research.
