Issue Date: | 2002 | Source: | 中國藥學雜誌 (Chinese pharmaceutical journal), Oct. 2002, v. 37, no. 10, p. 724-726 | Abstract: | 目的: 介绍大豆异黄酮药理作用和保健功能的研究进展。 方法: 总结近 10余年 (1990年以来 )发表的SCI相关文章并进行分析。 结果: 大豆异黄酮是一类具有雌激素样作用的非固醇类物质。近年它的其他作用也已相继被发现。大量研究显示 ,这类物质具有多种保健和药理功效 ,包括抗肿瘤、防止骨质疏松、抗胆固醇和心血管保护等作用。 结论: 雌激素样作用和抗氧化性质显示大豆异黄酮用于防治铁代谢紊乱引起的神经退行性疾病有良好前景。 |
