Issue Date: | Jan-2010 | Source: | 中华护理杂志 (Chinese journal of nursing), 2010, v. 45, no. 1, p. 50-52 | Abstract: | 目的 了解澳门老年痴呆症患者照护服务的资源分配情况及政府政策。 方法 利用国际阿尔茨海默病协会（ADI）在2005 年发表的《京都宣言》，将对痴呆症患者应有的照顾内容与澳门政府目前的情况作比较，分析了澳门对老年痴呆症患者照料资源的主要状况及特点。并与香港及台湾作比较，分析澳门在各方面对老年痴呆症患者及其照顾者的支持情况。 结果 澳门痴呆症服务仍处于起始阶段，政府在制订未来安老政策的时候，必须正视痴呆症对整体社会的影响。 结论 全面及整体的规划，政府、专科医护人员、老年患者照顾者及其他领域的专业人员的共同合作，将会是提高澳门老年痴呆症患者照顾水平的最佳出路。 |
