dcterms.abstract缓解疼痛是康复医学中极具挑战性的临床领域之一。在康复治疗过程中 ,我们的任务就是减轻患者的疼痛及不适 ,以提高他们的生活质量。然而 ,缓解疼痛仅仅只是健康专家的责任吗 ?患者的责任又是什么呢 ?是否有一种能让患者也参与到治疗过程中的方式 ,从而让他们得到更好的疗效 ?患者常认为临床医学专家应该负责治愈、或者至少应该治疗他们的疼痛 ,这就是他们花钱就医的原因。然而疼痛是一种症状 ,而非一种疾病 ,它不能被“治疗”或“治愈”。对慢性疼痛而言 ,尤其如此 ,因为此时疼痛常不能完全根除或者常常出现复发现象。通常 ,我们的治疗目的是帮助病人控制疼痛以使其在功能及生活质量上有明显的改善 ,而不是“治愈疼痛-
