Abstract: <p align="justify">Hong Kong Airlines faced severe financial distress due to political unrest and the pandemic, prompting major restructuring, fleet reduction, and cost-cutting. While these measures saved the airline from liquidation, they resulted in lost market share and diminished service quality, challenging future competitiveness and customer loyalty. <p align="justify">香港航空(Hong Kong Airlines)因社会局势动荡及疫情冲击面临严重的财政危机,迫使其进行大规模重组、缩减机队规模并削减成本。虽然这些举措使公司免于破产清算,但也导致了市场份额流失和服务质量下降,对其未来的竞争力和客户忠诚度构成了严峻挑战。
