However, challenges include recruiting chefs skilled in this unique fusion, sourcing authentic Brazilian ingredients, and adapting the brand for international markets like Paris while preserving its distinctive identity. <p align="justify">作为香港首家巴西-日本融合菜餐厅,Uma Nota 凭借其独特的日裔巴西菜(Nipo Brasileiro)和充满活力的巴西小酒馆(boteco)风情脱颖而出。然而,该品牌也面临着诸多挑战,包括招聘深谙这种独特融合菜系的厨师、采购正宗的巴西食材,以及在向巴黎等国际市场扩张时,如何在进行本土化调适的同时保留其独特的品牌特色。
