Technological advancements are inevitable in the tech era, yet to lead technology and provide a positive environment in the hotel industry. This study highlights the importance of the hotel employees’ wellbeing perspective, considering their peace of mind resulting in work pleasure and work-life wellbeing. This research examines the impact of telepressure, technostress, and cyber incivility on employees’ peace of mind. It provides empirical evidence that based on dyadic balance theory, employees’ peace of mind partially mediates the impact of workplace telepressure, technostress, and cyber incivility on work pleasure and work-life wellbeing. Incorporating pleasure-arousal theory and affect control theory, the moderating role of employees’ curiosity toward technology is also examined. The results reflect that curiosity moderates the impact of technostress on peace of mind. Hoteliers can address employees’ curiosity and benefit from this personality trait for fostering the future workforce of the industry to finally ensure work pleasure and work-life wellbeing.en_US
