Abstract: We demonstrate a 1.12 Tb/s MIMO-free vector eigenmode multiplexed signal transmission over 5-km 4-mode few-mode-fiber using 2 vector modes (HE11 and EH11), 5 wavelengths and 28 GBaud 16-QAM signal with direct-detection Kramers-Kronig receiver.
