| dcterms.abstract | 随着香港制造业式微,不少观塘区的工业大厦都被丢空。本文重点介绍观塘区工业大厦活化的研究结果。根据不同持份者的意见,研究团队提出活化观塘工厦规划方面应有的考虑,如在活化工厦时应平衡工业、住宅、商业及文化活动的土地用途。文章还分析了现时政府对工厦活化的政策和其不足,并提出可鼓励和促进更多的活化工厦申请的政策建议。最后,文章探讨未来观塘工业区的发展方向,并建议一些可行的计划,如发展阁楼工作室住宅。 | en_US |
