The results show the method significantly reduces wheel deterioration and improves workpiece surface integrity. The arithmetical mean height (Sa) and maximum height (Sz) were reduced by 50.8% and 65.3% respectively, with wheel deterioration 57.8% lower than traditional minimum quantity lubrication. These results were obtained by optimized low temperature gas at −20 °C and MoS2/Fe3O4 nano-lubricant with mix-ratio 1:2. | Keywords: | Grinding Low temperature Lubrication |
