dcterms.abstractBelonging to the technical field of polysaccharides, the invention in particular relates to application of Cordyceps sinensis exopolysaccharide as an excipient for promoting probiotic growth and/or asan excipient for protecting the survival activity of probiotics. Tests verify that Cordyceps sinensis exopolysaccharide can promote the growth of probiotics and protect the survival activity of probiotics. Therefore, the Cordyceps sinensis exopolysaccharide has wide application in probiotic traditional Chinese medicines, probiotic health food and other production fields, and can significantly improve the use value of probiotics.-
