dcterms.abstract | After the Project P.A.T.H.S. was successfully implemented in the pilot stage in four cities in East China, the project was implemented on a full scale basis since 2015-2016 academic year. The present paper outlines the evaluation findings of the first year during the full implementation based on the views of the implementers using the subjective outcome evaluation approach. A total of 144 implementers from 13 secondary schools joined the current research. On the whole, results showed that the implementers were highly satisfied with the implementation regarding program content, their own performance, and program benefits. As expected, perceptions of program content and implementers' own performance were positively associated with and predicted perceived program benefits. Together with previous evaluation findings in Hong Kong and China mainland, the current study suggests that the Project P.A.T.H.S. has been well received by participants and implementers, and it promotes positive development in adolescents in different Chinese communities. | - |
