dcterms.abstract | 市場競争がグローバルに激化するなか、企業はサービス産業における労働者と顧客 のコミュニケーションを富の源泉と捉えつつある。日本企業は海外からの観光客の需要に応えるために「おもてなし」をキーワードとしたサービスを提供し、顧客に合わせた「感情労働」をするよう労働者に求めている。本稿は感情労働が正当に評価されない理由を、経営者による演技評価の難しさ、労働者と企業の関係、ジェンダー役割期待、の三点から分析した後、本質的な日本文化理解に基づいた「おもてなし」は顧客に過剰な期待をもたらし、労働者に無意味な感情労働を強いる結果となると指摘する。 | - |
