基础地理数据库的持续更新问题

Abstract

本文分析了基础地理数据库更新的实际需求与研究现状,指出其持续更新过程中一系列与"初始建库"不同的理论、方法和关键技术问题,提出应不失时机地加强对主数据库增量数据建模方法、多源遥感影像与矢量化地图数据的自动配准、GIS集成环境下的重要基础地理要素变化信息的提取、多尺度地图数据库级联更新的自动综合方法、客户数据库的更新方法等的研究。 The updating of geo-spatial databases is becoming a big challenge for many national and local surveying and mapping organisations in the world. A number of key problems to be solved in continuous updating of the multi-scale geo-spatial databases was discussed in this paper, such as the incremental data modelling of master databases, automatic registration of multi-resource remote sensed imageries and digitized maps, change detection and extraction of key geo-spatial features in GIS environment, updating multi-scale databases with digital generation methods, updating of client databases.
