Research on financing model for implementing infrastructure facilities in Chinese rural area

Abstract

概括分析了中國農村各類基礎設施的需求及其特點,通過對目前基礎設施建設中經常采用的幾種典型融資模式的討論,揭示了這些融資模式在實際應用中的局限性和困難,從而提出針對不同類型的農村進行基礎設施建設的新型融資模式和方法。 This paper highlights the requirements and characteristics of various infrastructure facilities in rural areas,and examines the characteristics of existing finance models for implementing the infrastructure facilities.This examination reveals the weaknesses and difficulties of the existing financing models,which leads to the development and suggestions for new financing models and methods to implement infrastructure facilities for different types of rural areas.
