Abstract: This paper took the Hodgkin-Huxley model in muscles as object and studied its dynamical performance as well as Hopf bifurcation phenomenon with the variation of sodium ions anti-electromotive. The algebra criterion in high dimension equations was employed to perform the analysis of single parameter dynamical bifurcation. The results were biological significant and suggested that aberration of dynamics in bio-systems may be accounted for some physiological diseases.
