dcterms.abstractIn order to implement the demand side management of lower voltage consumers, it is required to design communication network connecting consumer equipments and to set up hardware platform for controlling and managing consumer equipments. The home integrated-control unit for home utilization equipments and the intelligent appliance control-interface module are developed, the home automation network is designed and the automatic network frame for demand side management of lower voltage consumers is constructed.-
