Abstract: 新型假人“Walter”是一个用水和特种织物设计制造的出汗暖体假人系统,其内部采用水循环系统模拟人体的血液循环系统来实现人体的发热和温度分布特性,采用微孔膜复合织物模拟皮肤来实现人体皮肤的出汗特征。因其具有独特的结构和工作原理,实现了无任何假设条件的“一步法”测量方式来测量服装的两大热舒适性指标:热阻和湿阻。实验证明该系统设计是成功的,工作是可靠的。
The novel manikin “Walter” developed is a perspiring manikin firstly made of water and breathable fabric. It has water circulation system inside to distribute heat to body and simulate perspiration with its skin made of PTFE laminate. Owing to its exclusive structure and principle, one-step measurement method was realized for thermal insulation and evaporative resistance without any assumptions in two-step method used before. Base on the experimental results, the development of the novel perspiring fabric manikin was successful and reliable.
