Issue Date: | 5-Jul-2004 | Source: | Applied physics letters, 5 July 2004, v. 85, no. 1, p. 91-93 | Abstract: | The study of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics (0.95-x)(Bi 1/2Na1/2)TiO3-0.05BaTiO3 (BNT-BKT-BT100x) was presented. The examination of effects of amount of BKT on the electrical properties and crystal structure was also discussed. The BNT-BKT-BT100x ceramics were prepared by using conventional mixed oxide techniques.
