Abstract: 降钙素 (calcitonin,CT)和降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin gene-relatedpeptide,CGRP)均由降钙素基因(calcitoningene)编码。CT是调节骨代谢的重要激素。早在1961年 Copp等[1]就发现并命名了CT。其后的研究发现CT主要由甲状腺C细胞分泌,可与破骨细胞膜上的CT受体结合来抑制骨吸收[2]。因此,近年来CT 多用于治疗骨吸收活跃的骨病[3],如骨质疏松症、Paget病等。CGRP阳性神经纤维广泛分布于全身各组织内,包括骨组织[4,5]。越来越多的研究 发现CGRP也参与调节骨生长、修复及改建[6]。CGRP是1983年由Rosenfeld等
