Abstract: 本文考察了一般口译教材的选材问题,重点介绍香港关于教学中的版权会顶,并详细介绍了香港理工大学口译教学中,如何协调口译教学中的选材与版权问题,为内地口译教学如何合法地使用版权材料提供借鉴,有利于提升口译教师和学生的版权意识。 
Using interpretation teaching in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University as an example,the article describes in detail the practices of using copyrighted materials in interpretation teaching and learning in the Hong Kong context.It is hoped that by knowing these practices,interpreting teachers in Chinese mainland will not only learn more knowledge on how to use copyrighted materials legally in teaching and learning,but also enhance their copyright awareness.
