Title: 材料杨氏模量的纳米压入识别

Abstract: 通过对非理想Berkovich压头 压入弹塑性固体的加、卸载曲线所进行的近似解析分析和数值分析表明,在材料杨氏模量与压入参数间存在新的近似函数关系,该关系把名义硬度和综合杨氏模量的 比值与卸载功和压入总功的比值联系起来.其中名义硬度Hn被定义为最大压入载荷Pm除以压头对应于最大压入深度hm时的横截面积A(hm),即 Hn=Pm/A(hm).结果材料杨氏模量的识别可以通过仅仅测定压头的最大压入载荷、最大压入深度以及压入功来实现,而不必利用初始卸载斜率和投影接触 面积.因此将该方法称为纯能量方法.经5种材料杨氏模量的纳米压入识别实验证明,纯能量方法较现有方法具有较高的识别精度.
