A study on effect of TCM dietary therapy on hypertension patients of yin asthenia constitution

Abstract

[目的]探讨中医食疗对调整高血压阴 虚体质和降低血压的作用。[方法]采用随机对照双盲试验,根据纳入标准在社区选择轻中度高血压阴虚体质病人10例,按随机数字表分为实验组和对照组,每组 各5例;实验组采用中医食疗结合健康宣教,对照组仅给予健康宣教,干预时间4周。干预前后评价病人阴虚体质表现和血压变化。[结果]干预后实验组病人阴虚 体质明显改善,收缩压和舒张压均下降;其中舒张压干预前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]中医食疗可调整高血压病人阴虚体质,降低 血压。 Objective:To probe into the effect of food therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on regulation of hypertension and lowering down blood pressure of patients of yin asthenia constitution.Method:This study adopted random contrasted double-blind trial.A total of 10 cases of mild to moderate hypertension patients of yin asthenia constitution were selected according to enrollment standard and were randomly divided into test and control group 5 cases each.Patients of test group were given both diet therapy and health education,and patients of control group were given health education only for 4 weeks.Symptoms of patients of yin asthenia constitution were evaluated.And blood pressures of all cases were measured before and after intervention.Results:Patients of yin asthenia constitution in test group was improved significantly after intervention,either systolic pressure or diastolic pressure of them were lowered.Among which,there was statistical difference in terms of the diastolic pressure of patients between before and after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diet therapy of Chinese traditional medicine could regulate yin asthenia constitution of hypertension patients and lower blood pressure of them.
