The controllable ripple in SLG is investigated by molecular dynamics simulations. Noticeable diffraction and interference of the ripples are observed. This study indicates that the ripple propagation in graphene can be used to detect defects. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10397/13655 | ISSN: | 0003-6951 | EISSN: | 1077-3118 | DOI: | 10.1063/1.3551574 |
