A total of 34 older people and 12 professionals participated in the focus group or individual interviews. Technology could enhance older people’s access to health information and social connections, which benefited their overall well-being. Policymakers and community stakeholders are suggested to support them in learning digital technologies. Social workers play a crucial role by tailored communication skills while promoting digital inclusion for older people. | Keywords: | Active ageing Digital inclusion Older people Technology Wellbeing |
