Abstract: The invention discloses a light field optical microscope and a light field microscopic imaging analysis system thereof. The light field optical microscope comprises an optical microscope, a multi-directional illumination system which is installed in the optical microscope and is used for providing a multi-directional light source and the controllable luminous flux for the photographing and video recording of a light field image; and a light field camera which is arranged at the top of the optical microscope and is used for capturing a light field image or recording a light field video. The light field microscopic imaging analysis system comprises the light field optical microscope and an image analysis processing system, and the image analysis processing system is connected with the lightfield camera and is used for obtaining a light field image and a video captured by the light field camera and analyzing and processing the light field image to generate a three-dimensional stereogramor a refocusing image. The light field optical microscope and the light field microscopic imaging analysis system thereof provided by the invention are simple in structure and low in cost, are convenient to operate, and can be used for observing a sample in a small-focus area with a shallow depth of field and accurately capturing the light field image so as to generate a three-dimensional stereogram or a three-dimensional video.
一种光场光学显微镜及其光场显微成像分析系统,包括光学显微镜,多向照明系统,安装在所述光学显微镜中,用于为光场图像的拍摄和视频记录提供多向光源和可控的光通量;光场相机,安装在所述光学显微镜的顶部,用于捕获光场图像或记录光场视频。该光场显微成像分析系统,包括:光场光学显微镜和图像分析处理系统,图像分析处理系统与所述光场相机相连,用于获取所述光场相机捕获的光场图像和视频,分析和处理所述光场图像,以生成三维立体图或重聚焦图像。本发明所提供的光场光学显微镜及其光场显微成像分析系统结构简单、成本低廉,操作方便,能够进行浅景深的小焦点区域的样品观察且能够准确地捕获光场图像,以生成三维立体图或三维视频。
