dcterms.abstractThe invention belongs to the technical field of glass mold-pressing demolding. The invention provides a monitoring device and method for glass mold-pressing demolding. Glass is placed in a space areabetween a first mold and a second mold, a first electrode and a second electrode are powered on through a power supply, and a resistance change value between the first mold and the second mold is obtained according to the ratio of the voltage value of a voltmeter to the current value of an ampere meter so as to detect the mold pressing demolding temperature and the demolding state of the glass. Through the monitoring device with a simple structure, the demolding state can be detected during glass demolding, the problem caused by discontinuous demolding is avoided, and the problem that mold pressing parameters are difficult to adjust due to the fact that the demolding state and time cannot be monitored in a mold in an existing glass mold-pressing demolding monitoring technology is solved.-
dcterms.abstract本发明属于玻璃模压脱模技术领域,提供了一种用于玻璃模压脱模的监测装置及其方法,在第一模具和第二模具之间的空间区域放置玻璃,通过电源对第一电极和第二电极进行通电,并根据电压表的电压值与电流表的电流值的比值,获取第一模具和第二模具之间的电阻变化值,以探测玻璃模压脱模的温度及脱模状态。由此通过结构简单的监测装置,实现了可在玻璃脱模时检测脱模状态,避免不连续脱模产生的问题,解决了现有的玻璃模压脱模监测技术存在着因在模具里面无法监测脱模状态及时间,导致难以调整模压参数的问题。-
