In the manufacturing method, the conductive yarn is screened and modified, the embroidery-area parameter is set, an embroidery stitch structure is designed, the line resistance and contact resistance of the conductive yarn in a conductive area are easily controlled, and thus the total resistance of the conductive yarn in the conductive area is controlled. According to the manufacture method and the manufactured textiles, a soft textile carrier combines multiple functions, the textiles are thus stable, comfortable and attractive, the production is fast and convenient, the textiles can be rapidly and easily designed and manufactured, less time is consumed, the cost is low, flexibility and high diversity are achieved, and the conducting stability is very high. 本公开提出导电纺织品的制造方法、用于制造导电纺织品的导电纱线以及使用该制造方法和该导电纱线制造的纺织品。在该制造方法中,筛选和改性导电纱线,设置刺绣区域参数,以及设计刺绣针迹结构,以便控制导电纱线在所述导电区域内的线电阻和接触电阻,从而控制导电纱线在导电区域内的总电阻。上述制造方法和所制造的纺织品,将多种功能结合在柔软的纺织品载体上,实现其稳定、舒适、美观、生产快速方便等功能,并且其可快速简单的设计制造,耗时成本低,并同时灵活多样性高,导电稳定性极高。 |
