| dcterms.abstract | The invention discloses a port congestion monitoring method based on an anchoring ground and berth automatic identification algorithm, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a dynamic position report record of a ship, and determining a berth record of the ship at a port according to the dynamic position report record of the ship; determining a berth area and an anchor ground area of the port according to the berth record of the ship at the port; and determining a congestion index of the port according to the docking record of the ship at the port and the berth area and the anchoring area of the port. The docking record of the ship at the port is obtained according to the dynamic position report record of the ship; therefore, efficient and accurate berth area and anchor ground area identification is carried out on the port, the congestion index of the port is obtained, and the actual congestion condition of the port is accurately measured through the congestion index. | - |
