dcterms.abstractThe invention discloses a box structure based on perforated steel plates and a preparation method thereof. The box structure comprises a box body which comprises the perforated steel plates forming abox shape, protective layers arranged at the outer sides of the perforated steel plates, filling layers arranged in the perforated steel plates and connected with the protective layers and fireproof crack control layers arranged at the inner sides of the perforated steel plates and connected with the filling layers. According to the box structure in the embodiment, the protective layers, the filling layers and the fireproof crack control layers are connected through the box-shaped perforated steel plates, the bearing capacity and integrity of the box structure are guaranteed, and joint work ofdifferent material layers is achieved, so that the box structure has good durable protective performance, and the service life of the box structure is greatly prolonged.-
dcterms.abstract本发明公开了一种基于带孔钢板的箱体结构及其制备方法,包括:箱体本体,所述箱体本体包括:构成箱体形状的带孔钢板,设置在所述带孔钢板外侧的防护层,设置在所述带孔钢板中、与所述防护层连接的填充层以及设置在所述带孔钢板内侧、与所述填充层连接的防火控裂层。本实施例中的箱体结构通过使用箱体形状的带孔钢板来连接防护层、填充层以及防火控裂层,保证了箱体结构的承载力、整体性,并实现了不同材料层之间的共同工作,从而使得箱体结构具有良好的耐久防护性能,大大提高了箱体结构的使用寿命。-
