dcterms.abstractThe invention discloses a concrete composite component based on a perforated steel plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The concrete composite component comprises a concrete body and a perforatedsteel plate fixing piece arranged inside the concrete body, wherein the concrete body comprises a protective layer, a filling layer and a fireproof crack control layer, the filling layer is located between the protective layer and the fireproof crack control layer, the protective layer is made of ultra-high-performance concrete or ultra-high-performance tough concrete, and the fireproof crack control layer is made of tough concrete or ultra-high-performance tough concrete. According to the concrete composite component, the high-performance fiber concrete serves as the protective layer and thefireproof crack control layer of the concrete composite component, durability, fireproof crack control performance and flexural rigidity of the component can be improved, the composite component is reinforced through the perforated steel plate fixing piece, the integral connecting effect of the composite component is ensured on the basis of reinforcing the bearing capacity of the composite component, and the external durable protection requirement, the internal fireproof crack control requirement and the overall high-performance requirement of underground and maritime work infrastructures aremet.-
dcterms.abstract本发明公开了一种基于带孔钢板的混凝土复合构件及其制造方法,包括:混凝土本体以及设置于所述混凝土本体内的带孔钢板固件;混凝土本体包括防护层、填充层以及防火控裂层,填充层位于防护层和防火控裂层之间,防护层的材质为超高性能混凝土或超高性能韧性混凝土,防火控裂层的材质为韧性混凝土或超高性能韧性混凝土。本发明以高性能纤维混凝土作为混凝土复合构件的防护层和防火控裂层,能够提升构件的耐久性、防火控裂性以及抗弯刚度,通过带孔钢板固件增强复合构件,在增强复合构件承载力的基础上,确保复合构件的整体性的连接作用,满足地下和海工基础设施的外部耐久防护需求、内部防火控裂需求以及整体的高性能化需求。-
