| dcterms.abstract | The invention provides a non-porous water-preventing moisture-permeating membrane and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of a) dissolving raw materialsto obtain a cellulose solution; b) coating a membrane with the cellulose solution to obtain the wet membrane; and c) solidifying and regenerating the wet membrane in a coagulating bath to obtain the non-porous water-preventing moisture-permeating membrane. The raw materials comprise the following components of, in parts by mass, 60.00-100.00 parts of cellulose materials, 200.00-600.00 parts of ionic liquids, 0.00-25.00 parts of superfine powder and 0.00-15.00 parts of auxiliaries. According to the method, the cellulose macromolecule materials are combined with the ionic liquids, and the moisture-permeating membrane is prepared by an ionic liquid method; and cellulose is dissolved, regenerated, doped and modified, so that the obtained non-porous water-preventing moisture-permeating membraneis high in moisture permeability, and meanwhile, the membrane is high in breaking strength and strong in hydrostatic pressure resistance. | - |
| dcterms.abstract | 本发明提供了一种无孔型防水透湿膜及其制备方法。本发明提供的制备方法包括以下步骤:a)将原料溶解,得到纤维素溶液;b)将所述纤维素溶液涂膜,得到湿膜;c)将所述湿膜在凝固浴中进行凝固再生处理,得到无孔型防水透湿膜;所述原料包括以下质量份的组分:纤维素质材料60.00~100.00份;离子液200.00~600.00份;超细粉体0.00~25.00份;助剂0.00~15.00份。本发明采用纤维素大分子材料与离子液体结合,通过离子液体法制备透湿膜,通过纤维素的溶解再生和掺杂改性,能够使所得无孔型防水透湿膜具有高透湿量,同时还具有高断裂强度和较强的耐静水压。 | - |
