The block A and the block B areconnected, wherein the block A is at least one of poly-L-alanine, poly-L-glycine, L-alanine and L-glycine copolymer, the block B is at least one of polyamino acids with an alpha-spiral structure and/or at least one of hydrophilic pyridine derivatives, and the polyamino acid is selected from polyglutamate, polyleucine, polyvaline and polytyrosine.-
