One Patient One Story

Abstract

In Radiotherapy Patient Management, we were assigned a project assignment called One Patient One Story, Ms. Yeung Wai Lam Vivian and Mr. Yuen Chun Wang Derek were grouped together and one cancer survivor, Ah K was assigned to each group as our mentee. Three of them worked as a team to create this documentary to record Ah K's life story. Empathy is one of the important things Vivian and Derek have learned. Through listening to the past and stories of Ah K, they have gained a new perspective of the meaning of cancer treatment to cancer patients and survivors.
