dcterms.abstractThe invention provides an in-site measurement method. The in-site measurement method comprises the following steps that S1, a sensor module (12) is mounted on a spindle of a machining tool of a machine tool; and S2, the spindle is driven, the sensor module (12) and a workpiece relatively move in a non-contact manner, the sensor module (12) scans the to-be-measured surface of the workpiece in the relative motion process of the sensor module (12) and the workpiece, therefore, the position information of the to-be-measured surface of the workpiece relative to the sensor module (12) is acquired, and then the size information of the to-be-measured surface of the workpiece is calculated and acquired based on the movement information of relative movement of the sensor module (12) and the workpiece and the position information, acquired by the sensor module (12), of the to-be-measured surface of the workpiece relative to the sensor module (12). According to the in-site measurement method, a geometric movement shaft of the machine tool is utilized for driving a sensor for scanning, wide-dynamic-range surface measurement can be achieved, and the beneficial effects of the high resolution and the large measuring span are achieved.-
