dcterms.abstractThe invention discloses a rapid detection system and a rapid detection method for a sericin content in silk, and particularly relates to a rapid detection method of the weight content of the sericin in silk. The detection method comprises 1. a step of establishing a standard thermogravimetric characteristics database of pure sericin and pure fibroin; 2. a step of determining a characteristic thermogravimetric curve of the silk to be detected at a specific temperature rising rate in a specific temperature range; 3. a step of standardizing the measured curve; 4. a step of mapping by utilization of the thermogravimetric curves to obtain a weight loss correlation graph of the sericin, the fibroin and the detected silk in a specific temperature range; 5. a step of forming two independent areas by the three curves and defining the two independent areas to be area 1 (formed by the thermogravimetric curve of the pure sericin and the thermogravimetric curve of the detected silk) and area 2 (formed by the thermogravimetric curve of the detected silk and the thermogravimetric curve of the pure fibroin); 6. a step of respectively calculating the area of each area, and calculating the ratio of the area of the area 1 to the total area (equal to the sum of the area of the area 1 and the area of the area 2); 7. a step of calculating the sericin content KTG of the detected silk accordingly; and 8. a step of converting into the sericin content in the standard environment according to need.-
dcterms.abstract本发明名为蚕丝丝胶含率快速检测系统及检测方法,涉及一种蚕丝中丝胶含量占蚕丝质量比的快速测量方法。检测方法包括:1.纯丝胶,丝素标准热失重特性数据库的建立;2.被测蚕丝在指定温升速率与温度范围内的失重与吸放热特征曲线;3.对测量曲线进行标准化处理;4.丝胶和丝素及被测蚕丝在指定温度范围内由失重曲线绘制得到三种材料失重关系图;5.由此三条曲线构成两个独立区域并分别被定义成区域1(Area1,纯丝胶与被测蚕丝组成)和区域2(Aare2,由被测蚕丝与纯丝素构成);6.分别计算这两区域的面积,并计算区域面积1与总的面积(区域面积1+区域面积2)的比率;7.由此得到被测蚕丝的含胶率KTG;8.根据要求也可以转换成标准环境下的蚕丝含胶率。-
