Much of the data is gained through the extensive number of projects executed and events hosted by the HK KM Society and HKPolyU's KMRC in the last 3 years. Amidst all the project statistics, there are clear signs that local organisations are utilising more and more soft-side KM techniques but at the same time robust KM systems, Web 2.0 tools are also being deployed to enhance collaborations and knowledge navigation. A small number of organisations shows signs of accomplishing a higher level of maturity in their KM journey. | Keywords: | Knowledge management Intellectual capital Web 2.0 Hong Kong |
