| dcterms.abstract | The invention discloses a method for connecting an optical fiber and a micro lens. The method comprises the following steps: S100, preparing a conical micro lens array female template; s200, carrying out first mold turning to form a conical micro-lens array positive template; s300, smoothing and metallization treatment is carried out, and a cone bottom and ball top combined male template is formed; s400, secondary mold turning is conducted, and a cone bottom and ball top combined female mold plate is formed; s500, filling a lens forming material to obtain a cone bottom and ball top combined micro lens; s600, preparing an optical fiber buncher; s700, connecting an optical fiber with the cone bottom and ball top combined micro lens; and S800, demolding is conducted. The method can be used for quickly processing the micro-lenses on the end face of the optical fiber in batches. | en_US |
