dcterms.abstractThe utility model is suitable for the field of medical instruments, and provides a back following supporting device. The device comprises a strap, a strap connecting part, an external spine part and a waistband part, pneumatic muscle components are symmetrically arranged on the waistband component, the strap is fixed to the initial section of the outer spine component through the strap connecting component, and the waistband component is fixed to the tail end of the outer spine component; the pneumatic muscle component comprises simulated muscles in one-to-one correspondence with target muscles of a wearer, and the pneumatic muscle component controls the bending angle of the outer spine component through a pull wire. The personalized control method is realized through the device, and the use experience of a wearer is improved.-
